Decaffeinated Sumatra
From the island of Sumatra where mostly the women sell the coffee at market. This dry, or natural processed coffee has low acidity with a distinct richness with a full body and earthiness, but without the mustiness of some Sumatra coffees. The flavor is complex, oftentimes with hints of vanilla or chocolate.

Decaffeinated Guatemala Antigua
This is an SHB, strictly hard bean, coffee from the Finca La Tacita estate located on the side of the Acatenango volcano in the Antigua region. This estate grown and cared for coffee is 100% bourbon plantings at elevations of between 5,500-6,000 feet above sea level. It grown by the Falla family under strict standards with total regard for the environment La Tacita has been described as having “genuine refinement, as well as intrigue and power…...completeness, complexity…..powerful, yet elegant.” The taste and flavor is spicy with medium to full body, and with a sweet acidity.

Full City Blend - Decaf
A combination of Decaf Central and South American coffees roasted to a ””full city”” roast,- currently popular in the Northwest. In roasting, the natural coffee oils are brought to the surface of the bean. It has a low acidity, and a heavy, caramelized taste that will linger on the palate.

An amazing blend of Decaf Sumatra and Kenya coffee beans dark roasted to perfection.
