PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and use of, all or part of any website or mobile application of Park Avenue Coffee or its subsidiaries and affiliated companies including Ann & Allen Baking Company and any other site.

This agreement contains disclaimers and other provisions that limit our liability to you.

In the event there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and any other terms of use that appear on our site, these Terms of Use will govern.

While we make efforts to provide accurate information about Park Avenue Coffee on our website, you should not assume that information is up to date or relevant.

Park Avenue Coffee reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline of the site, at any time and in its sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms of Use, we will inform you by posting a notice on the site(s). Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the site, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Park Avenue Coffee and the Park Avenue Coffee logo are registered trademarks of Park Avenue Coffee. All other Park Avenue Coffee trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, company names and indicia of origin referred to on the site are either trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, company names or indicia of origin or are otherwise the property of Park Avenue Coffee or its affiliates or licensors. Restrictions on Use

The site may include interactive areas in which you or other registered users may create, post, send or store messages, materials, data, information, text, music, sound, photos, video, graphics, applications, tags, code, links or other items or materials on the site ("User Content").   4. User Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your identity or affiliation with another person or entity;

  6. User Content that constitutes, encourages or provides instructions for a criminal offense, violates the rights of any party or that creates liability or violates any applicable local, state, national or international law; 
  7. Viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, Easter eggs or any other harmful, disruptive or destructive files; and 
  8. User Content that violates these Terms of Use or, in the sole judgment of Park Avenue Coffee, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the site or which damages the image or rights of Park Avenue Coffee, other users or third parties.

Limitation on Liability

Park Avenue Coffee reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that Park Avenue Coffee will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or any part thereof.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, Park Avenue Coffee reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the site and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the site. Park Avenue Coffee failure or delay in taking such actions does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
